This £2 Million Build was fully managed by the team at R H Electrical Contractors Ltd. Ryan Hutchings was the appointed Project Manager, supplied all of the materials and managed all labour on site. Risk management and health and safety.
Coach House
This project involved the construction of a new dwelling from an old disused garage/workshop. The house is a contemporary 3 bedroom, 1 en-suite downstairs and an open plan living/kitchen/dining upstairs.
Beach House
The Beach house is a modern 4 bedroom property with 2 en-suites and a main bathroom. The build took around 14 months – leaving landscaping to the client.
